When we seek for connection,
we restore the world to wholeness.
Our seemingly separate lives
become meaningful as we discover
how truly necessary we are
to each other.

The risk is high when we burden ourselves with so much personal desires. God is balance in everything, unfortunately the creations (Human)are out of the scale why we neglect the creator Himself. He is the sole power who provides for us, if I may put it that way. When we can release some of our desires and give to others who are in need, we will not be so far out from the scale and our burden will be lesser. Why the more we give the more we received. God loves a cheerful giver. That simple. How beautiful things are when we share them. Take care...

I love you all, Delfin

This is a really beautiful site and I am grateful that someone has taken the time to say some of the things that most people feel but aren't able to express as well. Keep doing what you are doing. It is greatly appreciated and needed.

Our life is given for such a purpose that will give joy to ourselves and Him the creator. But instead it has became survival to get out of such depth of self destruction because of over indulgence which deceives us from simple life believing that our own effort achieves the peace and tranquility of what it is really meant to be. If we can atand stil and be with our surroundings depthly and sensually we will surely find the answer to everything. Your wisdom is surely from above, you will toch many hearts longing to be release and they will...

I am bless, bro. delf

Your beautiful site is a sanctuary in itself. Just reading it reminds me to breathe deeper and more slowly and breathe out stress. A big hug to the creators.

I am so pleased to have happened upon this site. I suffer from a painful muscle disorder and I find the suggestions on this site to be very helpful--Mentally,physically and spiritually. I am incorporating this into a general paradigm shift toward a simpler life.

TENSION AND STRESS SEEM TO BE CONTROLLING THE HOLIDAYS THIS YEAR MORE SO THAN THEY NORMALY DO. I WILL OFFER MY "TOOLS OF SANITY" TO THE PEOPLE! NOTHING TO TRICKY HEAR, BUT WHEN ONE FEELS ANXIETY OR GREAT STRESS, IT IS EASY TO FORGET THE EASY SOLUTIONS. BREAKING LARGE TASKS INTO SMALLER, MORE MANAGABLE ONES. TAKING FREQUENT BRAKES THROUGHOUT THE DAY TO MAINTAINE FRESHNESS. AND...OH YEAH, DON'T FORGET THE COFFEE!!!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND A GREAT NEW YEAR FROM THE USCG!!!

The beauty of these images and guidance calm me. They remind me that I will live this moment just once, and the opportunity to experience each moment's simple joy is available to me right now, if I will just be still and present. Thank you for this gentle reminder of what is important.

Back to simple basics--What a concept! Will people get the stupid cell phones out of their faces long enough to realize balance is needed in life??
